Smooth international experience buying a high-end road bike from Taddei Store

5/5 stars for Taddei Store. I reached out to them regarding a high-end road bike and the possibility of shipping it outside of Italy. They sorted everything out with clear communication on WhatsApp and were flexible in shipping the bike in the exact configuration that I wanted. The bike arrived in stellar condition and was profesionally set up. Can highly recommend.

Quick delivery and awesome service

New bike arrived quickly. There was a manufacturing issue with a screw and they jumped on a Facetime call to help me troubleshoot the issue. They then proceeded to order a replacement screw from the manufacturer which I had within 3 days. 5/5 service
