Poor

Order due to be delivered late (couriers fault).
Contacted Metals4U as i missed a client deadline for what i needed the items for, and then cancelled the order.
Not heard from them since, (2+ weeks now) and can't get a refund.
Not the first time i've used metals 4 u - and always had a decent experience in the past. This time however, appalling.

Avoid at all costs

I switched to utility Point after stupidly signing up to 'look after my bills'. My direct debit changed, initially down for 2 months, but now is £120 a month more than it was with my old provider and I'm still increasing my debt to them. Absolutely shocking. Customer service is non existent. Am looking to leave them and pay the penalty charges to get out early.
Do not touch with a barge pole or they'll charge you for that as well.

Hi Martin, thank you for your comments and we do apologise for any inconvenience that has been caused.

When signing up to us, we are provided with your annual usage figures which are used to calculate your direct debit for the contract period. These figures would have been requested by Look After My Bills for them to be put onto your application to us or, they may have done an estimated quote for you based on how many bedrooms/occupants are in the property.

We then request monthly readings from yourself to be able to bill you accurately and also allows us to review your monthly direct debit to ensure this is accurate and if needed, we will increase your payments to cover your usage. Each time a reading is provided this also updates your predicted annual consumption figure which maybe higher than what was advised on sign up.
