I think clear score should review this new scoring system, I have not a good credit history but each month I pay my debts, clear score put me down as not paying, over the last year I have paid each month yet clear score record a miss payment every month, how crap is that. I previously made a review about AUTODOC and that review was made hastily. The parts I purchased I thought were incorrect after having my mechanic look and fit these parts there was no problem. I would like to apologise to AUTODOC and retract my review. 5 stars for AUTODOC 😁

I have ordered 2 headlights for my BMW F20 they arrived today very quick delivery. My issue is I ordered two lights from the same after market company. One headlight is different from the other one and I’m not sure they will be okay for my vehicle as AUTODOC said they will be, I think they will not be suitable for my vehicle and will have the stress of sending them back, AUTODOC ensure when someone orders parts they are compatible

Employees knowledge of current German requirements to register a United Kingdom vehicle onto the German system is unbelievable, the German law requires that first you must TUV your UK vehicle then insurance is required before you register the vehicle, ATU Sandhofen Mannheim clearly do not know the requirements. Been a customer of there’s in the past not any more.

Okay normally even though I never posted a review about 3 and up to now my review and stars would have been much higher, I have been with 3 almost 16 years I have had as much as 5 accounts been an extremely loyal customer, but now because of Covid I had an opportunity to work and live in Germany, I appreciate terms and conditions and the contract I accepted, now next month ( September) my phone service will be cut off unless I return to England and use my phone there, lol what planet is 3 on. I cannot come back to England until December, I only use a small amount of roaming data, so 3 as a long serving customer for the sake of a bit of data you will lose a customer and three accounts in September 2021. But I guess this won’t matter, use to highly recommend 3 but not now,
