Usually very good and if you catch it at the right time can be cheap. I don't like how they take the money before assigning a vehicle, this is wrong.

They shafted my credit score big time. They set up my direct debit on the wrong day to what the account showed the day owing. Even though they always got there money it went into there account 48hrs too late (there fault) but they always instantly put a report on my credit file as a default and late payment. I have to carry that for another 5 years and the 12 month loan was paid off in full after 5 months, they never put that on my credit file. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS
