Love me some Twisted Dough! I’ve ordered multiple times since March. Delicious, arrives quick and the customer service is wonderful.

I was ecstatic with my experience in the Smile Bus. I received my aligners just fine and the fit was great. I did however misplace my outie tool, ordered another one. The initial order was never made, I waited two weeks and followed up, was told there was a rush shipment put on it and it still took an additional 2 weeks for it to show up. During the time I was without my outie tool I had to call in for help to get my aligners out, it was decided a new set needed to be ordered (not necessary, once I got them out it was fine) that additional set still has not shown up and I was also told a rush was placed on that. I let them know the extra set was not needed after all but never received a response back. I’m happy with the product and what it is doing but people are what make/break the business. I’m treated nicely when I call or use Facebook messenger but the back that it took a month to get the new outie tool is just insane to me. I don’t have much faith in customer service actually coming through with anything quickly.
