the phone I bought started malfunctioning after 3 weeks, and instead of a refund or replacement (what I asked according to their policy), they just repaired it (since they didn't have a replacement, refusing to refund it), and it took 2 weeks to just "repair" it with 0 communication, until I started writing few emails in a row.

Normally, it is indeed possible to request a refund if the return is initiated within the withdrawal period of 21 days (or 14 days for Amazon orders). Outside of the withdrawal period, the first available option is a repair. When a repair is not possible, we then consider an exchange and eventually a refund.
