Hi I am trying to register with an electricity and gas provider. I see most reviews are negative. Is it really that bad??

This is thee worst company to go with as a bill pay or any type of customer.
They aren't helpful in anyway and are so fraustrating.
My advice go for other net works this should be banned.
Simply trying to unlock my phone is made into this huge 5 month thing. Stupid and unreliable company
