Sloping shoulders. Their hot water tap failed after 6 months but they do not deal with anything to do with the product and send you to watersolutionsdirect who you cannot call and have to email. 1 star for answering the phone and being polite.

No direct line. No technical support. Reginox tap got stuck after 6 months and no part available on their website. Manual don’t even tell you how to change the filter.

The pick up and drop off part of the service worked really well and the customer service advisors were great. However, they initially quoted a very high price for a simple repair but when I said that I would get the repair completed locally they offered me a large discount, indicating that they had over-priced to start with.
