Is there even another ISP that comes close?

At this point I'm basically not considering any other ISPs, if I couldn't get A&A direct then I'd still go through them with L2TP or something. Absolutely top-notch, fantastic customer service and product that does what it needs to, makes you feel you're in control and that your ISP knows more about networking than you do -- as they should!
I've been an A&A customer since 2018, not planning on changing that any time soon. They're not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, as the saying goes.

Missed pickups and messing around with address and tracking.

I've had two missed pickups and ended up taking the parcel to a shop just to get it sorted, and today a missed delivery where DHL claimed the address was incorrect - despite the "We're 10 stops away!" page showing... the correct delivery location. Not pleased that a delivery wasn't attempted, and updating the address means a delay.

DHL's website and tracking is consistently trickier to use than other couriers - seems you get different options based on which specific link you click and at what stage in the process, vs. other couriers like UPS and DPD I've found to be consistently better where it's much easier to make changes and track progress. No way to get in touch with a human either.

Ultimately it means I'm likely to avoid DHL if there are other options available

KYC and AML are way too agressive

The positive is it's like Stripe for crypto, fairly easy to use and accessible. But - KYC and AML are way too agressive, with no right to appeal. Seems the more you use Moonpay the probability your account will get permanently closed approaches 1. I understand that the regulators hate crypto and will throw the book at you given the slightest opportunity, but it sucks that you don't provide an avenue to appeal a closure and provide further KYC/AML documentation.

Found the application process very invasive

Found the application process very and unnecessarily invasive, requiring dozens of back-and-forth emails to provide documents and to try and justify whatever use case we had. In the end we decided to discontinue our application and went with Stripe, who took less than a day to get our account going and we've happily been with them for over a year now, no issues. Disappointing to say the least, I can't see the reason for frustrating would-be customers during the on-boarding process.

Easy to use, no fuss, happy so far!

Pretty easy to use their website to complete the booking, cheapest by far on the sites Skyscanner offered, good communication of booking and I appreciated a follow-up phone call to make sure everything was OK shortly after booking from Tracey.

24/7 access is really convenient

24/7 access is really convenient, there seem to always be staff present too which is reassuring. PTs are friendly and approachable, and classes are popular and regular. The biggest downside is that the gyms are somewhat oversubscribed, so whilst it's great working out at 11pm when only 10 people are there, but prime time sucks with hundreds of people trying to get through a workout. Perhaps an easier way to keep an eye on attendance would help level this out?

Fantastic ISP for anyone happy to pay a…

Fantastic ISP for anyone happy to pay a little more for premium, no-BS and fine-grain control internet access. Been told by friends and colleagues to try A&A for years, finally switched over and very happy so far.

Update late 2019! - I'm moving between properties at the moment and AA's cancellation process is also great, no fuss or begging and done without needing to talk to a human. For the plan I was on they also refund you for time in the period that you have left, which is a nice touch I wasn't expecting. I'll certainly be using A&A at my next place.
