Seller offered a discount on a great product, and quickly shipped it out

The product is great. One suggestion I would have is for your company to forward the customer’s email address to FedEx. I had nothing but problems with FedEx delivering my purchase. They never contacted me prior to a signature delivery and I had to escalate this issue to the Fedex management three times, delaying my delivery by five days.

When these two hydrangeas arrived, one had come out of its planting container, exposing its very tiny root system. These are nothing more than seedlings and are not worth the $50 I spent for the two of them. My fault, in thinking that I would be getting a plant that was somewhere close to producing flowers this year. I have begonias seedlings that have a larger root systems and more foliage than these two hydrangeas. Fooled me once, but never again. I should have waited just another month for my local nursery’s hydrangeas to arrive and spent $60 for a two gallon plant with flowers.
It is not worth the effort to return, so I’ll keep them as a sad reminder of what not to do.

The movers arrived when expected, and took great care in wrapping each piece of furniture to be moved. They also moved some very heavy furniture from the family room to the living room for me after removing the new living room sofas that were to be stored off site while our remodeling project got underway.

We were very happy with their efforts.
