Overall the experience with Auto Trader was brilliant. The only slightly difficult/tiring thing to do in the heat was the photography. The templates helped a lot!
It went to auction first, but the offers were way too low and we ended up selling with a 50% reduction on advert price. Staff were polite and very helpful. Guidelines on advertising great! Advice on selling safely - great! Valuing the vehicle very useful! The only thing that would have helped was - a pop up - when one clicks the 'not full service history' box, which in hindsight - it would be useful to be encouraged to get vehicle serviced prior to viewings - or at least to top up the oil. I was selling for my mum and a bit of a novice, so yes, that would have been useful.

The little cottage we stayed in was in St Bees and it was a perfect balance of quirky historical features and modern fittings. It was pristine - had everything we needed. Excellent location for Lake District. Train station 5 mins walk and 12-15 mins to nice beach walks. Fabulous! 😍

Great site for viewing holiday homes, locations etc! Easy to book, safe and reliable- well, this is the third time so fingers crossed we’re going to have a great time!

Hired a Luton van with a tail lift to move our Dad. Friendly, professional staff. Nice and local. Very helpful. Great vehicle.

Very suspicious from first approach from Bark. Ignored. Then a potential 'customer' sparked my interest, so as first 'client' is 'free' I sent a message. Now I'm only one step away because 'Kay' wants a quote. But I have to pay for 3 credits...£28.00 to contact her. . Ha! Pull the other one it's got bells on!!! Disreputable, disgusting tactics to get money out of small businesses trying to make an honest living.

Appalling. Mis sold holiday in Skiathos. Made to feel guilty at resort for daring to complain. Complained on return. Acknowledged with no name in email signature. Wrote again. NOTHING! What a missed opportunity to make a comeback with face to face agency as we all get tired of searching and wasting time online. Next stop ombudsman....but tired of waiting. Disgusted!
