It was a really great experience altogether. Very smooth except for 2 minor issues: not enough advance notice before delivery (2hrs only) and several boxes were banged up and open on one side from impact (although nothing was damaged). I would expect more care in handling the boxes. Otherwise it would have been 5 star.

Everything about this experience was delightful, including communication, tone and the way items are packaged with attention to little details!!

Super service, conseil et solution mais l'attente téléphonique, surtout en appelant de l’étranger, est beaucoup trop longue (35 min!!!!)
