Can't follow their own guidelines abd stuck in wrong century…

The DVLA are the epitome of everything thats wrong with the civil service. Lazy, incompetent and incapable of completing basic tasks, like checking links work in their documentation. They revoked my licence on medical grounds despite their own guidelines saying they didn't need to. They've taken 2 months so far to process 4 forms. They are a complete disgrace.
They don't listen. You can't complain. I wouldn't advocate this often but everything to do with medical decisions should be automated because we'd have the same result, but faster, more consistent, transparent and cheaper.

Morty is going to the moon

I will be recommending the company to fellow writers in my class. I was impressed by the service and the timescales in which they turned things around.

one thing that I know other writers like myself have looked into is foil, embossed titles or a combination of gloss/matt finish on the jackets: anything that makes it stand out or help us crowdfund more. I only found CPI did this but the costs were huge.

Your company seems well equipped to help self-published authors and the only picky points would be to give a little guidance when handing proofs over so I knew how it differed from the finished book and I wasn't impressed with UPS as a courier. They delivered my books to a golf course instead of my house without posting a card through the door, instead relying on their website for communication which as I found has its flaws.
But these are very minor points and the company was a pleasure to do business with hence the 5 stars.

Thank you for all your time and effort.
