I ordered my bulbs as on the website it showed i was within the delivery times to receive the bulbs in 10 days, I ordered the bulbs on the 7th April and received an email over a week later saying I won't receive them until the 1st of may, almost a month's delivery time is to much when your trying to plan your garden, id understand if I ordered bulbs out if season and had to wait til they were available, im very disappointed, seriously plan ahead if your ordering from farmer gracy and your in ireland, needless to say im not expecting my bulbs on the 1st of may.

I ordered from this company on the basis of them being an Irish company located 40min from my home so I beleived the promise of fast delivery, I really need these vitamins quickly for health reasons but its been several days and as far as I can tel they havent even been handed over to an post, if you take your health seriously do not believe their promise of fast delivery it is a lie to encourage a purchase, I have contacted the company but from what I read on other reviews this is the only way to get threw to them, I am so disappointed I put my trust and faith in this, I was drawn in by the promise of a good deal and fast delivery by the looks of it neither are true, dont be fooled like I was.

I tried to order an expensive shower online with screw fix.ie, after 3 days I got an email saying contact them, when I did they told me I need to attend one of their stores to have my bank card verified before they send me the shower, this seem weird to me as they had already taken the money if my card needed to be verified how could they take the money? I told them i wanted a refund as i felt like it was some sort of scam and had given them alot of money plus I live 40 miles from my local screw fix this is why i wanted to get it delivered, it took almost 10 days 5 phone calls to screw fix, 2 phones calls to my bank in order to get my money back, all in all it took 2 weeks, several phone calls and alot of panic about being scammed by screw fix in order to not get a shower from them, I seriously do not recommend, do not do business with this scam. It's is very difficult to get a refund or even a product from them.

Amazing products beautifully made and look gorgeous in your home. I received one as a gift and now I'm giving them as gifts, love them. Customer service is excellent, can't recommend them enough.

Had to download an app to track the order then the app never tracked it, my order was €120 I would have liked to have been able to track the order. My order arrived and I received an email to say it was delivered that's it, because of this I wouldn't order again i felt nervous about my order for a week until it was delivered but everything was intact when it arrived.

I did a click and collect, I thought I was going to be in near that cex that day, but my plans changed, I think an offer of delivery if you dont collect your item would be amazing, just drop an email if the item is uncollected and pay for delivery but at the moment that's not possible. The ear phones where good i got them in the end but I wish they folded smaller for easy travel but I'm happy anyway, maybe more pics online of the item would help with confusion like this

Given the price a free sample or something would have been nice, I bought 1 bottle here and got the other 7 on a site that offers free samples and more money off then here, I was very disappointed with the perfume shop in this regard.

Ordered a 1kg box of butlers chocolate for a birthday gift. The price was much more reasonable then other sites and it was delivered exactly when I was told it would be. What more could you want, I will be back.

The delivery man arrived on time, it was a lot cheaper then royal mail and I was emailed and informed every step of the way I couldn't ask for any more.
