They made sure all my expectations were met and in a timely manner. They even offered a proof to ensure everything was accurate before finalizing the headstone.

Went through all that trouble to boost and nothing happened. Did not raise my score 1 point.

I had a payment that was sent through my checking account before I got paid and I noticed that so I paid them. I called customer service and told them I made the payment. They took the payment again. They got paid twice. I called and they said send a email to customer service of the double payment. I get a email from customer service stating they could not fix it by email. I contacted customer service and they gave me another email address to research the extra payment. I'm scheduled to have another payment to come out this month. I stated why don't I just not make the payment for this month. They told me I would be charged a late charge if I did that. REALLY!!. I have never experienced such a screw up in my entire life! Horrible customer service!!

The dress I received was pretty but it runs small and I ordered my correct size. I'm returning it, and I have to pay a restocking charge, not happy.
