I placed order and it was cancelled. No explanation! Called many times and only get voicemail no call back!

I ordered a windows 11 key and had it within minutes. After trying key it did not work. I reached out to customer service and explained my issue. They responded very quickly. After I submitted information they needed, they provided me another key that worked great. All along the response time was very fast. A+ experience.

I got quotes from PODS and Pack Rat and monthly rates were fairly close but delivery and pickup, is where the companies stood apart. I found coolbox and was skeptical because I had never heard of them. I did some extensive research and even drove by the storage facility, and decided to give them a go. I could not pass up the free delivery and pick up along with redelivery and pickup at new location. Plus they have larger storage containers at roughly the same cost. The storage units are also insulated VS the Pods I used many years back. Although in the vegas heat, Im not sure that even made a difference. The only downside, which did not cause any issues for me, is coolbox rolls the container off of the truck, putting the container and contents at a pretty big incline, and a lot of pressure on your items. You would have to keep this in mind and pack accordingly. In the long run I had no issues and would use again.
