We visited our local BYD dealership in Grantham and have been more than happy with the service we have received. Hayley greeted us and was super helpful organising a test drive. We also dealt with James and Emma who were on the end of emails with any queries we had. No pushy sales tactics. Just taken delivery of our new car and are very happy.

Had my first experience at the newly opened branch in Grantham for an MOT. Easy to book, nice and friendly and welcoming waiting area (with nice hot chocolate!!). Im back here now for more work and would trust them with both my vehicles after being ripped off at other local garages. Highly recommend.

We only have positive things to say about Purple Bricks. We are experienced house sellers so usually know how we want our properties marketed and at what price. We had Samantha Lees as our local agent (Grantham) and she was second to none. Within an hour of instructing Purple Bricks via their website, Sam rang us to introduce herself and arrange photos/measure up. This was done the next day! Her local knowledge of properties and prices were excellent and she kept us fully informed of the advert going live online and talked us through any changes to the brochure, which we were able to do ourselves. Photos were very high quality. We used the App on our phones and although it could be improved we had the ability to discreetly check viewings and offers at work without having to make phonecalls. Our house went on Rightmove on the Weds evening, by the Sunday we had had 3 viewings and 3 offers. We sold on the Monday, less than a week after instructing. To us, the fees were a huge plus point, £899! Local agents had quoted £6000 plus and I am very confident we wouldnt have had the same excellent service. Thanks Sam !!
