I bought my first unit 20 years ago and rather than replace all the filters I thought I would just get a complete new system because it was not a lot more. I figured the technology had to have improved in the last 20 years and I got all new hoses and fittings and faucet, etc. Your staff was just as helpful today as they were then. Love the product and the people. If I lived near there, I would get a job at a APEC.
