Genuine dogshit service, horrible network drops, we pay for 100mbps+ and get barely 10, coverage is horrible and the amount of times the router just stops working. Customer support is even worse, they force you to talk to a stupid AI chatbot which doesn't even help solve issues, and supervisors never respond. Just the fact that such a large company was affected by illegal cable removal truly shows how much they enjoy cutting corners.
