I have been a loyal Camper customer for years because their wide toe box designs fit my feet perfectly. Unfortunately, their customer service and returns department fall drastically short of the quality of their footwear.
After 9 months of wear on a pair with a 2-year warranty, the shoes suffered major damage. I contacted customer service and followed their instructions to return them. Since sending them back, Camper has gone completely silent. They have not acknowledged receipt of the parcel, nor have they responded to multiple follow-up emails sent through their official app.
It feels like as soon as a customer requests a valid return under warranty, communication stops. A reputable brand shouldn't treat long-term customers this way. Camper needs to drastically improve its return process, management, and customer support responsiveness.
