Excellent from start to finish.
After having many bad experiences with car dealerships around the south/London and even midlands trying to find my specific car, I came across Carsa. From start to finish they were amazing, professional but also a relaxed sales approach which suited me. No forced add ons or finance deals. They listened to what I wanted, accommodated my needs and made it such a pleasure to purchase from themselves. All staff were helpful, polite and even spent time to entertain my toddler.
The deal they offered was outstanding that there was no way I was leaving without the car.
Car was immaculate inside and out, available as soon as I arrived and even transported to my nearest branch to make life easier for me.
All in all an amazing experience (one I usually hate).
