Engineer cancels repair on day (No 5)
Avoid all Haier products, there not worth the stress. Even with a 5 year warranty.
This is the second washing machine in 16 months,
First one only latest a week, second one is 15 months old and their engineer states the drum bearings need replacing which is a 3 to 4 hour job.
They make appoint a week later and after waiting a week then cancel due to sickness on the day.
So another week lost when you ask for compensation the state they do not do compensation but offer you £10, as a guster of good will, which is a joke then after pushing them they increase it to £20.
And if you push harder they go to £40 which is still well below national average.
I have requested £120 which is less that a days wage and doe not include the washing which is building up.
The washing machine is booked for Monday coming which is 3 weeks and Haier tell me the have 4 weeks to fix it.
Let's see if they turn up. They should be bringing 2 guys to fix the washing maching as this is the Hw120 which is to heavy for one guy, and could easily damage the machine on removing the drum and could easily damage the floor and is detrimental on the engineer as well.
I hope they have done, a health and safety assessment on this item be removed and taking to pieces
I still look for the good will gesture to be increased
