ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION WHICH YOU DON’T KNOW YOU’VE SIGNED UP TO
DO NOT ORDER FROM LULUTOX!!
I bought what I thought was 2 packets of this to try as a one-off purchase. I then received and paid for 5. So I thought,ok, probably not worth returning so I’ll just use them. I didn’t expect any miracles but it was a decent tasting tea, albeit very expensive one which could be bought from a supermarket in the UK for a lot cheaper.
HOWEVER - I then received and paid for another 2 packets (£33) in July 2026. Totally shocked as I didn’t sign up for a subscription. So that’s the first thing to be aware of.
More importantly it seems to be impossible to cancel your subscription. I am now on my 6th email to them - they just ignore your instructions with responses such as: why not pause?; what’s the problem; follow these instructions (which then don’t work….).
I’m at a loss as to where to go next with this - short of closing my bank account. Will be contacting my bank anyway.
Will never again buy from this company- or from any other company on Facebook (first time and will never make that mistake again!) - nor direct from a USA company.
