Poor customer service
Purchased a product on one web browser that failed to function. Sent in a ticket for that. Really wanted to get the product that night as I had taken off work to play it and so I bought it again on a different browser and that payment did work but I never got an email with the key. Sent in a ticket for that as well. After 12 hours still no support from the company.
