Although I didnt get the class of car I had booked, the alternative was fine and had no issues. Collection and return were friendly and efficient. Location, at TFS, was ideal. I was reassured as I had ordered the extra insurance. Car had plenty of cosmetic marks at collection, but was not untidy. Also at collection they said if this replacement car was not OK, I could change, but I didnt need to. Overall, would recommend and will use again next time.
