Still no further on with the faulty ROCA bidet seat, have it all packed as advised, and now blanking my daughter, I notice a lot of positive reviews are ‘invited’ what does that mean! This is going on since February, GROUPSUMI totally a shambles of a company, do not buy from them if you are UK/Ireland based. They do not honour warranty, this was only in use for a couple of months. Also I would say ROCA been no assistance in this matter. Total cost of €1400 wasted. Cannot use any other seat on this wall hung toilet, as they have different dimensions from all other toilet bowls.
