Terrible service. I am importing product from outside EU with ATR which create an exception for custom VAT. This is the second time they did not complete the administation correctly and charged me a VAT for custom. I created a claim (Query 46779150) for that and waiting response for almost 2 months. In all platform they promise 3-5 working days or 10 days for complex issue however thats not the reality. Worst customer service unfortunately. If you have any other option or if you don`t want to deal with all these troubles from their service choose another company.
