Truly awful!
Inspire Legal were allocated to me by a broker. I had a flurry of emails including access to a portal within a day. I uploaded all documents and completed the necessary forms within 6 days. I also sent an email with additional documents and a number of queries. And then silence. After 3 weeks I asked the broker to request responses but nothing. After more pressure from the broker I finally received an email which was less than convincing. I responded and the following day sent another email - no response to either. Received an automated email stating the draft contract pack had been sent. 4 days later the buyers solicitor advised that this had not been received, so the broker got involved again and this was sent. However, it did not contain all documents that were available. These were requested to be sent - 4 days later still not sent. So I have now been assigned another solicitor firm.
Inspire Legal wasted more than 7 weeks. Failure to respond to emails requesting responses only left me with one conclusion and that this was intentional as I was making a fuss, and also highly unprofessional. The buying and selling process in this country is already stressful and when you get a solicitor like this, it adds unnecessary stress. If I could leave zero stars I would.
