I am very disappointed with how Triodos Bank treats its customers. They attempted to blackmail me by threatening to block my bank account if I did not cooperate in verifying and providing personal information. I did not want to do this, but they repeatedly warned that my account would be blocked if I refused. I find this approach neither respectful nor honest. Ultimately, I closed my account with Triodos Bank due to their unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. This is definitely not a bank to trust and to do business with.
