I can say that I am very happy with this Ratio watch !
It took longer than first thought because I had to send it back as it wasn’t fully functional, the date adjust needed to be fixed .
The customer service was very very good, with a return shipping label provided and tracking . The watch was returned to me , fully functional with new warranty . Very good communication all along . The price for quality ratio is excellent as the watch keeps good time and looks as good as more expensive watches in the same style . Happy that it has worked out
