I purchased a Bambu Lab P2S, and this company have been nothing short of astonishing. I do not want this to read like a review by the owner of the company, as I'm so happy with the service provided. I lost a rubber suspension bung, which was my fault, so I called to check on a replacement, and they immediately sent another set. Service is above and beyond, and my company will use them for all orders moving forward.
