I am writing regarding my withdrawal of ₹50,000 requested on 25/04/2026.

Your team marked this transaction as “successful” and provided a UTR - 873667894576. However, I have verified with my bank, and they have confirmed that this UTR is NOT traceable in the UPI system. I have also checked my account statement thoroughly, and no such transaction has been received.

Issue: Amount not credited to my bank account
Since the UTR provided is not valid, I request the following immediately:

Valid UTR - 873667894576 / Transaction ID that is traceable
Sender bank name and payment gateway used
Proof of transfer (screenshot or confirmation from your payment provider)
Beneficiary UPI ID to which the amount was sent
If the transaction was not actually processed, I request you to reprocess the withdrawal immediately.

I have attached my bank statement (from 24/04/2026 to present) as proof that no such credit has been received.

If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will be forced to escalate this matter further.
