Ordered a plaque ,when it came it looked decent but when you attached the light it fell off straight away
In addition it was completely black so therefore was difficult to see
When I spoke to them they agreed to supply a replacement with different colored lettering I.e silver,gold or white
I agreed with this and they said that they would dispatch it immediately
That must have been at least 6 weeks ago
It has not been received ,I have constantly chased them and received the same reply,it’s on its way!!! They have now stopped all correspondence with me and I still don’t have the replacement
Beware when buying from this company
