Top service and top great offer for business
I'm very happy with the customer service. The reply time is short - nothing was longer than 3 days. And then you must always judge the quality of an answer - they are very helpful, very solution oriented and I have now written with 5 people.
Their processes could be a bit more digital, but they are on this and so for me it was no problem at all, all rock solid.
It was possible to even make the start date of my insurance 1 month later - even the month had already started - and even that I said this too late.
We have unfortunately on operation for my business partner (right 1 month after the contract started) and had a prompt communication and everything is insured!
Everything resonable for the customer here is possible. Of the few good things left in Germany, BDAE is one of them. Talk with them and see their service quality where we from HIPERSA trust in.
