I purchased a red light therapy device for home use from RLT Home. I purchased the Total Spectrum Mini. I purchased it mainly for my husband. He had pains in his feet, wrist and would wake up everyday with body pains. I was planning to use it for skincare. I made a believer out of my husband. He uses the pain and inflammation setting and full power setting. He is in shock on how he is pain free just after a few treatments. Also, he feels more energetic and his skin doesn’t bruise as before. I decided to try it for my swollen foot. I’ve had a swollen foot for 27 years after my third pregnancy. I’ve spent $1000’s of dollars in massages, devices, stockings you name it I’ve done it. I e-mailed the company asking for advice of which setting to use and Max replied to my email with the recommendation. It worked!! My inflammation decrease 80% . I also use it for my skin, and people comment on my skin. Also, the fat, burn weight loss and I’ve seen the changes. I do strength training and this has helped tremendously. I 100% recommend this device. I did my research before purchasing RLT Home. It 100% works and easy to use. I will be upgrading to a bigger device.
