Tied to computers to make decisions?
I applied for a relatively small loan to clear a credit card debt that was smaller than the monthly salary but was becoming unmanageable. The process was slow and ultimately unsuccessful.
I subsequently tried another more realistic lender and the money was in my account within three days. Unlike Freo, they contacted me to talk through my financial situation.
