Kone have repeatedly let us down recently, the service has definitely dropped and I am having to chase for an engineer to come and carry out our maintenance to keep us compliant but no joy. They are terrible and their customer service team who according to our contract, will reply promptly, have yet to respond to an email sent nearly two weeks ago. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! STEER CLEAR!
