Best vegan raclette cheese I have eaten so far (tried Bedda, new roots, vegü, violife..). It doesn't taste as strong as the real raclette cheese ofc but the texture is satisfying it melts well and the taste is salty and just really cheesy (does not taste like coconut or peas like other brands). I love it so much I even eat it with pasta sometimes or on bread !! Echt lecker :)
