Would have given no stars if possible. This is one of the worse courier companies. Deliverers continue to deliver to the wrong building in the neighborhood ( Alkmaar). Calling Cycloon only resulted in being told that they couldn’t help. Pathetic for words and I though DHL was bad. In a complex with more than 100 residents this is experienced as most inefficient courier company. One never knows if the package will arrive at all. DO SOMETHING ABOUT WHO YOU HIRE OR TRAIN THEM - CHECK THEIR KNOW HOW OF THE REGION THEY SERVE!!!!
