I’m truly sorry you had this experience. I can only imagine how frustrating it must be to get a bullhorn and find that your voice doesn’t come through — especially when you likely needed it for something important like an event, safety, cheerleading, or sports. I can also understand that coming with a defective voice output, the situation has got even worse with an ever lighting LED that feels really awkward. In moments where you need to be heard, having your equipment fail can be incredibly frustrating.
