This is by far one of the worse casinos I’ve ever played at .
I currently play at one other casino because of the instant withdrawals and a bonus only has to be wagered one time . However I opened an account at 21 bit casino for a change of venue and seen online that withdrawals were instant. Well this is not the case at all .
Last Friday I won 800 euro and I decided to withdraw it to see how quick the withdrawal procedure was .
Sunday the withdrawal was still pending in my account. I contacted support . The agent told me that there is nobody available at weekends to validate withdrawals . I was then informed that Monday it will go into a queue and once it’s approved the withdrawal process will start .
So when the withdrawal was still there on Tuesday. I decided to close my account.
I contacted support who told me I had to email the casino and write a letter explaining why I wanted my account closed. So although I found this strange as other casinos just close your account. I wrote the email and had no response. I contacted support 2 days later and they told me again to send another email .
So today I still didn’t get a response and yet again support told me to send another email stating why I want to close my account.
So please be careful. If you open an account here you will have many issues withdrawing any winnings. Plus you will find it extremely difficult to close your account.
