Christopher Kimball's Milk Street Reviews 

Renewed my membership in June as a digital access only membership for a year ($19.98). In July, when I got around to looking for a recipe, their website said my membership was expired. I've tried for two weeks by email and phone to reach someone but have had no reply. Beginning top think the membership offer are a scam. Will have to file a disputed charge with my Visa issuer. Thanks Kimball but you need to work on customer service.
UPDATE: After 2 weeks of unanswered voicemail, I was finally able to reach a live human. The young lady apologized for the trouble I was having and took care the membership issue while I was on the phone. Very helpful. Wish that had happened two weeks earlier but glad I finally got it straight.

The product was as described however the delivery was substandard. It took the 3rd party delivery carrier Amazon delivery over a week to deliver. The shipment process seemed cumbersome between Milkstreet and Amazon as opposed to delivery straight from Milkstreet.

Wonderful products ie I got a kitchen knife that I love and a frying pan

The items I ordered were promptly delivered and were of exceptional quality. I was so pleased with what I got that I'm planning to purchase more!!

I had a damaged delivery and customer service was immediately responsive and remedied my issue asap.

The peaches sold every summer are, dare I say, the best in the country, delivered. The instructions are superb in ensuring every single peach is eaten at peak ripeness. This is my third year, of many to come, ordering. If you love a peach with the perfect firmness where the juices drip down your chin, or peaches that your neighbors knock on your door to ask “what are you baking” every time you make peach crisp, then, these are for you.

I finally received the Book I wanted. The return was easy, now waiting for the 2 refunds due.

Fast and easy online experience. Great products with reasonable prices and fast delivery.

The FedEx driver left my package by my backgate. That gate is on a public street. Anyone walking by could of stolen my package. The driver was too lazy to drive into my cul de sac address.

Lots of emails for too expensive products. Always selling. Every day. Give me a break.

Attempted to order two jars of Zaatar. One order was to be shipped to a friend as a surprise and billed to me. The system would not allow me to do this. When I finally had contact with 177milkstreet.com, the system would not allow me to respond. Milkstreet’s competition, i.e., Williams Sonoma; Zingerman’s, have excellent ordering systems. I will cancel my orders with Milkstreet.

I like the quality of the products offered by Milk Street. Though, I do realize the need to use plastic material to insure the products arrive intact. I just wish there was a way to ship using more environmental friendly packing material.

I am so happy that I joined Milk Street. I receive notifications of new, limited inventory items, find great products (cookware, cookbooks, and foods), and shipping is free and fairly fast.

The description for the item was misleading. It claimed to be preseasoned but rusted right after the first use. When contacted, the customer service folks did not acknowledge the pre seasoning, instead saying that I needed to season it myself. If that was the case, the description should have been more explicit. I was denied returning it because it had been opened and used. Misleading information. I was disappointed and have already cancelled a future order.

I’m a repeat customer of Milk Street and always will be one! Their customer service, knowledge, and packaging/shipping/fulfillment are wonderful. Cooks and bakers will find unique products and ingredients that are well-priced and high quality. Highly recommend Milk Street to anyone!
