I am Brenda Muth from Iowa. I'm 72 years old. I have been in horrible pain in my back and spasms in my back right shoulder. I was on 6 strong pain pills a day! Also my knees were looking deformed from arthritis and was ok'd to have surgery on both , to replace.
I found Zignaggenix after several calls to clinic in America and some in Mexico.
When I called Ana Ituarte, I felt so excited to come to their clinic in T juana Mexico.
Two weeks later , was there. Ana organized my therapy and hotel stay and driver. I came by myself and had no fear because Ana arranged everything , even gave me her private phone number if I had problems! Also, the driver, I had his phone number if I needed him. Everything was perfect!
The clinic was spotless and the team of professionals were amazing! Dr. Oscar asked lots of questions and looked at medical reports from my specialist in America...I had 2 days of stem cells! First day in my thorasic spinal cord ( pretty much painless). Then intervinious stem cells both days too. Second day I got my shoulder and knees done.

The hotel they brought me to was very clean and the staff help me get my suitcase to the room! Very clean!!! The restaurant there had a free breakfast buffet. I had no worries about cleanliness! I had omletts both days, made to order in front of you, fruit and great coffee and lots of fun dishes!
The last day my ride drive me back over the border and right to my airline. It was all so amazing!
So I have been back for one week...
I was on 6 heavy pain pills for probubly a year and feeling like a zombie when I came... I am taking it easy but I am taking O PAIN PILLS NOW!

The doctors at this team in clinic is phenomenal. I would suggest this placed to anyone for Stem Cell is fresh never frozen. It comes directly from the hospital. I’d say this is one of the most lead clinics the world for Stem Cell
The staff and the doctors are amazing so knowledgeable made everything easy. The location is lovely. They sent a driver right to the hotel picked us up and took a ride to the clinic. It took us right back. we have had wonderful results from the treatment. Everything we went for has been fixed in a lot more medical problems.

From the moment the driver picked me up, I knew I was in good hands. I’ve got a spinal cord injury and a TBI, so I’m very cautious with traveling and my surroundings. I’m getting a better quality of life and I’m forever grateful to Zingagenix and everyone who works there. I should add that Manuel goes above and beyond with my texts and calls. Snacks, blankets and so many skilled and compassionate nurses and doctors, I can’t recommend them enough.

Went to Cancun in February for stem cell therapy and now that it’s been almost two months, I can honestly say I feel amazing. The difference didn’t hit all at once, but over time I started noticing more energy, better recovery, and just feeling more like myself again. Lately it feels like I turned the clock back a bit. I received stem cell treatment from Zignagenics in February 2026. This was my first experience with stem cell therapy, so initially I knew very little about the process, the science behind it, or the potential outcomes. During my research, I spoke with several clinics, but Zignagenics stood out in many ways and ultimately made my decision easy.

Most importantly, my patient liaison, Luisa, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She patiently answered many of my questions and arranged several calls with the doctor so I could discuss more technical aspects of the treatment. By the time I was ready to make a decision on which clinic to choose, I felt well informed and confident moving forward with Zignagenics.

Once I scheduled my treatment, Luisa coordinated everything. After I sent my flight and hotel information, she arranged for Mauricio—who was fantastic—to pick me up from the airport, drive me to the clinic, and then take me to my hotel in San Diego after the first day’s procedure. The next day he picked me up again for the second day of treatment and later brought me back to the airport. The entire experience was seamless and very well organized, which made the process much less stressful.

When I arrived at the clinic, the doctor spent time explaining the procedure in detail and answering all of my questions. The treatment began with a Myers’ Cocktail IV to help prepare my body for the injections. The facility itself was comfortable, with reclining chairs and a very welcoming staff who made sure I was taken care of throughout the process.

Luisa also checked in several times during my stay in San Diego and continued following up with me for several days afterward. Before I left the clinic on the second day, the doctor provided me with a report of authenticity and walked me through what everything meant.

After returning home, Luisa scheduled a follow-up call with another member of the team to discuss peptides and sent additional educational materials so I could better understand how they may support recovery. I recently received them and plan to begin incorporating them soon.

I am currently about three weeks post-treatment and doing everything I can from a dietary and lifestyle standpoint to maximize the potential benefits. It is still early to determine the full results, and I understand that outcomes can vary, but the overall experience was excellent and the team was truly outstanding.

I had pain for years. Headaches. Migraines. Tight muscles. Hands and feet hurting, burning, swelling with arthritis. A handful of times ovarian cysts ruptured. Upon waking, it felt like a truck had run over me. We spent lots of money at chiropractic, supplements, prescriptions, special diets. And there were surgeries – ruptured discs to fix, a Parrs defect on a lumbar vertebra, a cyst to remove from the spinal cord, hysterectomy because of fibroids, and “smaller” things like a large kidney stone stuck in the ureter and a hernia repair. Every time, we would think – “ah, now we got it fixed! I will be better now.”

Then we were introduced to stem cell. For about 8 years, I received stem cell therapy with cells harvested from my own bone marrow or fat. It was a grueling process, and did give some relief. But I wish we would have known then what we know now about donor stem cells.
Donor cells are much purer and more energetic than my own compromised stem cells. It is unbelievable the healing I got from donor cells! I finally feel like my own age instead of 15 years older than my years. I can walk straighter, faster, and pain-free! I can park anywhere on the parking lot instead of using my handicapped tag. When I go shopping, I can push my own cart instead of riding an electric cart. I can take care of my family instead of spending hours resting.
Just last week someone asked me if I feel as good as I look. And I could say “Yes!” Of course, the tug-of-war goes on in my body: as auto immune destroys, I need another boost of healing cells. And meds and supplements and intentional living are part of the package. But I thank God there is stem cell therapy, and the wonderful place and people at Zignagenix to help us navigate this complex science. At Zignagenix, we have found kind people who know what they are doing and can answer our questions in ways that we understand. Their services from doctors to drivers has been one of kindness and respect. Knowing them has been a blessing and made my life so much better.

I recently had a stem cell procedure at R3 in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the beginning, Mark and Anna ensured I fully understood the procedure and helped coordinate all pre-, during-, and post-visit logistics. They made both me and my spouse feel completely welcome and were always available to answer questions—something especially reassuring when having a medical procedure outside your home country.

Nestor, my driver, was professional and kind, making the early morning trip stress-free (and even stopping at Starbucks for me). From my first contact to the end of my treatment was first class! Manny was my initial contact and he was wonderful to work with . He's a very honest and transparent person ! While I was there I met a family from Texas that were there the week prior and already had one treatment done. One gentleman had uncontrollable hand shaking from Parkinson's . And his daughter in law couldn't walk without assistance from severe rheumatoid arthritis. It's been a year and a half since my stem cell/exosomes/prp treatment at ZignaGenix. I'm an active 74 year old man. I surf, golf, workout and lead a healthy lifestyle. That includes diet, very little alcohol, sermorelin peptide and testosterone injections. What I've found since my treatment is that I'm able to do more strength and mobility exercise for my legs with significantly less pain (and sometimes no pain) than I had before treatment. I can even just walk more without pain which had been impossible prior. I had surgery for left knee ACL blowout in 1980. Since then I have been very active until about 8-10 years ago the cartilage wear and tear as well as some age-related arthritis made certain activities nearly impossible. Now I do static and dynamic squats with increased weights among other leg exercises like lunges and side hops, etc. The net result is that my joints are protected by increasing muscle/tendon/ligament strength. Am I totally plain-free? No. But I beat up my legs daily/weekly and normal recovery would be in order regardless. Any pain I experience cycles up and down in intensity, with no pain fairly common nowadays.
