El producto adquirido corresponde a una cuenta, no a un código ni a una activación directa en tu cuenta personal. Esta información se indica claramente en la descripción y detalles del producto antes de realizar la compra.
Por ese motivo, el juego no se transfiere ni se agrega a tu biblioteca personal de Steam, sino que se entrega mediante las credenciales correspondientes para acceder al producto adquirido.

I don't have much to say, and that's a good thing, I bought Expedition 33 cheap and was able to play it without problems. The only thing that you have to be aware of is that you can play the games only while being OFFLINE but if you read the terms they provide this is already included.
