I recently ordered two duvets from Zelesta, but I accidentally made a mistake with my order. I contacted their customer service team, and they were incredibly quick to respond and resolve the issue. I was really impressed by how helpful, efficient, and solution-oriented they were. Excellent customer service!
I haven't actually slept with the duvets yet, but my first impression is very positive. The products look exactly as advertised on their website. I've already washed them for the first time, and just as promised, they dried surprisingly quickly — in about two hours!
So far, I'm happy with my purchase and the overall experience. I would recommend Zelesta!

Soft warm comforter perfect for winter
I received my comforter within 3 days of ordering. It is soft, comfortable, pet friendly and hypoallergenic which is vital for me. I will definitely order another one.

I am so happy with Zelesta. I tried another firm but the quality was absolutely not the same. The fabric is unbelievable and washes fantastic its like new when washed.

Good brand, recommended sizes needs to be updated
This is a good brand, and I've got some cool blankies. However, the size indicator is not accurate. I bought the recommended size, and it was too short for a 140-cm wide bed. Then, had to pay 9€ to return it. Ordered a bigger one, and it looks/feels nice.
