DO NOT BOTHER, you only get disappointed
This review is for anyone thinking to
join this gym. Including foreigners. Don’t do it! Do Not even consider it. The worst gym chain ever! Misleading website advertising, focused ONLY to lure new members and than making it very tricky to leave and penalising you if you change your mind. Atrocious members’ treatment by their call centers’ staff, including discourtesy, bad manners and insolent and unprofessional behaviour during phone interactions that included hanging up mid conversation. As for the clubs themselves some old and run down, based in old buildings. I attended in summer and most fitness class instructors standard well below par with only few exceptions, Pawel Mucha being one. He is awesome. So again save yourself time and money, and frustration and stay away from this gym chain. Even the friendly ground stuff like the one in Arabska St outlet would not quiet my anger at the treatment of members by the main office and the management. They DO NOT CARE about members only about money.
