Booked Transfer LLC for DR for Aug 21 - 27. From the moment I booked communication was immediately established via WhatsApp. I was in constant communication with the rep. Before I left Toronto, I was told exactly where to go and who to meet. When I landed, when I got picked up. On my return to the airport to come home same level of communication. The vehicle and driver were great, no issues. But that communication was second to none!!!

Amazing service from the begining to…
Amazing service from the begining to the end. Great communication throught the whole process. Car was ready once we were out from the airport even though we were 30 mins late. And came to pick up on time. One of the best transportation companies. Highly recommend it and will be using it again.

Excellent option for your airport transfers
Used Your Transfer 24 for both our trips to and from the airport. Online booking and communication via whatsapp worked very well. Drivers showed up on time both times and drove us professionally to our destination. Price is decent, around 17USD.

Overall a good experience but 30 min wait
Driver was very friendly. But had to wait 30 minutes for pickup. We arrived in a terminal B where there is construction in the pick up area. Other people that arrived the same time as us were picked up much quicker.

As noted in our vouchers and on our website, Terminal B is currently under construction, which can sometimes cause delays at pickup. Vehicles are required to keep moving through the terminal area and drivers occasionally need to exit and re-enter before being able to meet passengers again. This can result in some customers being picked up earlier even if they arrived at a similar time.
We are continuously working to improve coordination and reduce waiting times as much as possible. We appreciate your patience and are glad to hear that overall you had a good experience.
