Got the parts I needed ,very easy site to use and customer service is fantastic keep you informed all through the process and answer any queries you may have also very well priced parts will definitely continue to use Yoshiparts very happy only downside is you obviously have to to pay import duties

Hi I am disappointed with Yoshi parts. I ordered radiator for Lexus (Toyota Harrier) via online. I fully paid the amount they requested on the 5th July.

However, on the 12th July, I received message requesting for shipping charges. Then I refused to pay and requested for a full refund. If they don't have the part why was that available to buy online first? It was waste of my time.

The parts arrived safely and are infact OEM. Once shipped it arrived in 5 days from Japan to Canada.

It took about 2 months for them to ship my part. First was a 4 week delay, then a 1 week delay due to holiday in Japan. Then my item became "back ordered".

If you are NOT in a rush for the item it was a great experience and cant beat the price.

ATTENTION ! FRAUD!!!!
This is the most unprofessional and worst shop. I spent an entire day looking for a lot of Kia parts on their website. They shop showed all the parts to be in stock and listed very good prices with reasonable shipping from Korea. Days after my payment I received an Email that only 8 out of more than 40 parts are available. So the info on the website is for nothing. THEN instead of receiving a refund for the parts that are not available, I was asked to pay EXTRA for the view parts that are available. I thought they were kidding me. They told me the prices on the website are NOT THE ACTUAL PRICES!!! And that they don't do shipping from Korea anymore. If they already know that, why don't they change it on the website?
I asked for a full refund and cancel of my order. The parts they actually had in stock were 3 times the price than at my local KIA dealership. Instead of receiving a refund I finally just received a link to MAKE an additional payment. To me it looks like they try to cheat and I had to block the payment on my credit card through my bank and I reported fraud. I strongly advise you to avoid this shop and order from a professional source instead. Prices on the website are not the real prices anyway. I do not understand how people good give good reviews. I will never do business with them again

Ordered rear dampeners for a Lexus rx400h.
No information on the shipping and after many itarations with support I got the dampeners 2.5 months later.

Fast forward 7 months and both of the dampeners have seemingly failed (leaking), and must be replaced.

Stay away if you can.

Easy communication, fast delivery from Japan, excellent packaging for fragile Mazda parts fitted to the car with no problem.

Everything looks and works as intended im vary happy with my purchases it will do a much beter job of protecting my battery than the gravity option that I received my truck with when it was bought.

We were having trouble getting UZJ100 water pump bolt in Australia had been waiting for 2 months from supplier. Contacted Yoshi Parts and they had in stock and we had it in 7 days from Japan to Australia arrived in perfect condition. Without Yoshi Parts help our customer would not be back on the road so soon.
