Do not buy from WristBuddy very disappointing experience. I tried multiple times to contact them (9 emails sent) to request a return for my strap, but I received no response. Their customer service appears to be nonexistent, and they make it extremely difficult to get support or resolve any issues.

Be careful when purchasing from this website. My experience has been very frustrating, and I would not recommend buying from them.

They told me my product would be shipped within 3 days after two weeks I received no shipping details. I argued for days for a refund once they accepted they still haven’t sent my refund I had asked on multiple times and still get the same ai generated response

I bought the AP Swatch strap and have been very happy with it; the quality, fit, and appearance are all excellent. Wristbuddys informed customers about a possible defect affecting some straps, although I personally hadn’t noticed any issue with mine. They proactively issued replacements to everyone whose strap could potentially have been affected, not just those who had experienced a problem. That level of care and customer service was incredibly impressive, and I’ll definitely purchase from them again.

Ordered a strap 17 days ago. I was told that if i ordered before 15.00 it would be shipped out the same day, since it was in stock. i have contacted them by email 4 times. Everytime the same answer "we are busy, but everything will be send out today or tomorrow. Nothing happend. 17 days later, and no strap, no money back and no trust in this company.

I made a wrong order as soon as i share with the team they have replace it free of charge and post amazing product amazing team and costumer service

Very disappointing experience. The product was advertised with a shipping timeframe of 5–8 days, which was a key reason I chose this company and paid a premium over competitors. However, by day 9, I was still receiving emails advising that the item had not yet been shipped. Communication was slow throughout, and the advertised shipping times were clearly inaccurate. I was genuinely looking forward to receiving the wrist strap, but due to the delays and lack of transparency, I ultimately cancelled my order. The misleading shipping information has caused me to lose trust in the brand. If actual dispatch times are longer than advertised, this should be communicated honestly to customers before purchase.

Order WB12554 was delivered with some delay but the company made his best efforts to solve all the problems arised. Very professional.

After ordering a strap and them promising it would ship over 1 week ago im still without the strap and ive sent over 10 emails to them and they have not replied to 1 of them. SCAM
