Awesome! a new way to apply for jobs you like and fit!!
Makes my job seeking 95% easier i would recommend my friends this plat form i loved this platform very much
I've been using this app for two weeks, and not a single job it applied me to actually matched my qualifications or expectations. Several were completely unrealistic outside my experience level and career range entirely.
What's most frustrating is the "match %" score. When I actually opened the match details to see how it was calculated, it turned out the score was based on almost nothing meaningful but just a checkmark for "Remote" and the job falling under a broad industry category I'd expressed interest in. That's it. No real evaluation of skills, experience level, role responsibilities, or qualifications.
If the matching algorithm can label a job a "good match" based on two surface-level filters, the percentage score is misleading at best. It gives false confidence that the app is doing intelligent matching when it isn't. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone relying on it for a serious job search. You'll end up sifting through irrelevant listings yourself anyway, which defeats the purpose of the app.
